Tide Charter Public School purchased an existing office building located at 59 Armstrong Road in Plymouth, MA.  The existing building is a two (2) story office building containing approximately 45,000 square feet per floor with existing tenant finishes, for enclosed offices, open space and core restroom facilities.  Construction Insight Inc. provided plan and cost review as well as monthly site visits and progress reporting.
