This Phase III construction consist of a new 40,000 SF building. The construction included demolition of two existing buildings and included extensive site work for geothermal wells, extension of utilities, new entrances, drives, walkways and patios. The new 3-story building included a basement for classrooms, storage and mechanical equipment and two floors for classrooms and common areas. Roof will also include solar panels. CI provided pre-construction plan & budget review as well as ongoing monitoring of the project
